TAKE CARE OF YOUR MIND

Some people lose control of their minds because of vices, anger, lust, foolishness, anxiety, alcohol, regret, overthinking, smoking and laziness.

Never allow circumstances, situations or conditions to take control of your mind or change its positive direction.

When the mind is at peace and filled with wisdom, power and patience, the end result can be miraculous.

Let prayer—Ìwúre—fill the entire field of your mind.

The mind is filled with energy. This energy should not be surrendered to manipulation but consciously directed through positive patterns of thought. The energy field of the mind is magnetic and luminous; contrary and destructive thoughts disturb this field and oppose the mental laws that connect the individual mind with the Universal Mind.

Therefore, ensure that your mind remains at peace so that you may maintain clarity and attract infinite blessings from the Greater Mind—the Mind of Olódùmarè—and His numerous divinities.

A mind can respond positively to positive suggestions, prayer, sacrifices, rituals and other sound spiritual steps when concrete divine thoughts are aligned with positive mental force.

MIND, MOVEMENT AND ILẸ̀

Increase the positive power of your mind through walking upon Mother Earth—Ilẹ̀.

Movement and action positively influence our emotions and feelings. When praying with your mind, combine your prayer with positive emotions and good feelings so that the prayer becomes profound and meaningful.

Through this alignment, we connect with forces at different levels of existence, including the energies of Gbálẹ̀—the ancestral world.

Power flows from different levels of existence into the soul and into life through the magnetic field of the mind.

Mind is power. Use it very well.

Be careful of those who negatively influence your mind. Within this teaching, such opposing influences may be described as Amoniyeni, Ọ̀tá, Elénìní, Eburu Ayé and Ajogun Ọ̀run.

Do not surrender your mind to destructive influences.

THE GREATER MIND, THE DIVINE MIND AND ORÍ

The Greatest Mind is Olódùmarè.

The intermediary minds are represented through the presence and power of the divinities in our lives.

The individual or lesser mind is connected with our essence, soul and Orí.

Never allow your Orí and inner essence to become dominated by negative vibrations, bad character, impatience or ancestral difficulties perpetuated through ignorance.

Instead:

Pray.
Work.
Walk.
Behave well.
Think.
Act.
Learn.

Do these things with your mind aligned with Olódùmarè, and the presence of the Irúnmọlẹ̀ will guide you through the jungle of life.

Propitiate your Orí from time to time so that you may think clearly, make wise decisions and remain properly aligned with your destiny.

DO NOT BECOME A SLAVE TO VICE

Avoid:

Fighting.
Anger.
Resentment.
Revenge.
Drunkenness.
Idleness.
Laziness.
Immorality.
Smoking.
Gossiping.
Constant criticism.
Condemnation.
Hatred.
And other destructive vices.

When these things dominate the mind, the individual gradually becomes their servant rather than the master of his or her own mental force.

Do not become:

“Ẹrú Ìpín l’Ọ̀run àti Ẹrú Ènìyàn l’ótù Ìsáláyé.”

That is:

Do not become a slave to destiny in Heaven and a slave to human beings in the world of life.

Your mind must remain under the direction of wisdom, prayer, discipline, patience and good character.

Protect it.

Feed it with wisdom.

Strengthen it with prayer.

Move it through action.

Connect it with Orí.

Align it with Olódùmarè.

And never surrender its power to destructive influences.

Mind is power.
Mind is light.
Mind is a field of spiritual force.
Use it wisely.

Ìre ooo — Blessings.

Àṣẹ.
