Discipline Is a Sacred Path to Spiritual Growth

There is nothing to lose when you bring discipline into your life. In truth, there is much to gain when spiritual, mental, emotional and physical discipline become part of your daily essence.

Let discipline become a tradition in your family. Whatever you build today will have a multiplying effect, not only on your life, but also on the lives of future generations.

Start Your Day With Gratitude

Begin each day with a prayer of gratitude. Walk, work and focus on how you can add value to your life, your family, the world within you and the universe around you.

Do not focus on powers working against you. When you give too much attention to negative forces, you may strengthen them through your mental magnetic mirror.

Instead, focus on the energies and forces working in your favor. Build thoughts of protection, security, longevity, good health, abundance, surplus and victory that can last for generations.

Discipline the Body and Mind

Eat good food, but eat less. Fasting wisdom is as powerful as your spiritual and divine state of life. Fast at least three to four times a week if your body and health allow it.

Walk daily. Lift weights. Sleep well. Drink enough water. Think positively. Speak positive words to yourself and to the universe.

Nothing manifests more strongly than what you believe, think and speak to yourself often.

Many people become sages, saviors and saints through mental power and positive utterances. Others fall into destructive patterns through negative thoughts, harmful words and bad feelings repeated over time.

Build Positive Spiritual Habits

Imbibe these attributes, and you will not regret your existence in the jungle of life:

  • prayer
  • gratitude
  • fasting
  • walking
  • physical discipline
  • positive thinking
  • positive speech
  • good sleep
  • clean food
  • emotional balance
  • spiritual focus

May Olódùmarè bless you from generation to generation.

Avoid Destructive Habits

To protect your life, your health and your destiny, avoid habits that weaken the body, mind and spirit.

Avoid smoking, alcohol, harmful beverages, excessive red meat, sugar, too much salt, flour and unhealthy carbohydrates. Choose more vegetables and nourishing foods.

Also avoid gossiping, complaining, criticizing, condemning, self-hatred, immoral behavior, bestiality, hatred toward others, doubt, resentment, fear, worry and idleness.

A disciplined life is a protected life. A positive mind is a powerful spiritual tool.

Remain Connected to Your Higher Self

Remain blessed and connected to your higher self. Your higher self is your divine state of life.
