The Jungle of Life: Spiritual Wisdom and Protection from Ajogun Orun

In the jungle of life, you need discipline, mental toughness, spiritual stability, physical strength, emotional equilibrium and intellectual capacity to navigate the path before you.

The jungle respects no one. The jungle can be cruel. Therefore, we must understand and respect the laws of the jungle so that we may remain protected by the cosmic vibrations that pervade the universe.

Life contains both visible and invisible forces. Some strengthen and elevate us, while others oppose our peace, progress and destiny. To survive and prosper within this jungle, physical strength alone is not enough. We must also cultivate spiritual wisdom, mental resilience and good character.

EBURU AYE and AJOGUN ORUN

There are destructive agents operating within the physical world known as EBURU AYE. There are also negative vibrations arising from the spiritual or unseen world, known as AJOGUN ORUN.

What we can see, feel, smell, touch and perceive through our physical senses represents only a small part of existence. The unseen energies surrounding us—whether constructive or destructive—are numerous and infinite.

The visible world is therefore not the entirety of reality. Beyond what our senses can recognise are forces that may influence our lives, surroundings, thoughts, relationships and destinies.

Can We Fight the Unseen Forces?

Can you physically fight unseen enemies or contrary spiritual forces?

The answer is no.

You cannot physically strike what you cannot see, touch, feel or hold. However, through sound spiritual wisdom, mental power, good character, patience, sacrifice, rituals, offerings, prayer, vigil and fasting, the influence of these forces can be deterred and removed from our surroundings.

Remember that the enemies you can see are fewer than the negative vibrations and spiritual enemies you cannot see. You cannot touch, strike, defeat, feel or smell these unseen forces through ordinary physical means.

Therefore, prepare your mental capacity, spiritual wisdom and physical strength so that you can withstand the forces of AJOGUN ORUN.

Understanding the Forces of AJOGUN ORUN

AJOGUN ORUN are the punitive knights of heavenly doom. Their manifestations include:

  • Lawsuits
  • Disaster
  • Calamity
  • Disease
  • Loss
  • Untimely death
  • Hopelessness
  • Destructive tendencies
  • Other negative vibrations within the cosmos

These forces are like the wind: they cannot be physically controlled or manipulated. Nevertheless, their influence can be subdued through spiritual power and mental capacity.

The strength required to confront them does not arise from violence. It develops through inner purity, wisdom, prayer, patience, discipline and a spiritually balanced life.

The Protective Power of a Pure Mind

Those who possess a pure mind—a mind filled with prayer, wisdom, love, empathy and forgiveness—are less likely to attract the vibrations of AJOGUN ORUN.

Instead, they attract more of the supernatural power of Ela omo Osin Asiwaju: the power of miracles, wonders, success, victory, purity, light and love.

A pure mind becomes a spiritual defence. Good character strengthens the soul, while love, understanding and forgiveness protect the individual from becoming aligned with destructive vibrations.

Your thoughts, words, emotions and actions influence the energy surrounding your life. When the mind is filled with hatred, bitterness, fear and destructive thoughts, it becomes vulnerable to contrary forces. When it is filled with wisdom, patience, love and prayer, it becomes aligned with constructive spiritual power.

Ela: The Pure Energy of Light

According to the tradition:

“Ela ki ba ewe oko ro.”

“Ela has nothing to do with the leaves in the jungle.”

Ela is a pure energy of light, wisdom, understanding and love—an enduring power that stands the test of time.

Within the jungle of life, Ela represents the illuminating force that rises above confusion, impurity and destructive influence. Through the energy of Ela, the mind receives wisdom, the spirit receives light and the individual is strengthened to walk with purity, understanding and divine purpose.

Preparing Yourself for the Jungle of Life

The jungle of life cannot always be changed to suit our desires. Challenges, visible opposition and unseen contrary forces may appear along the path. Our responsibility is to prepare ourselves spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically and intellectually.

Build your discipline. Strengthen your mind. Develop good character. Remain patient. Pray, perform the necessary sacrifices and offerings, observe vigil and fast when required. Fill your heart with love, empathy and forgiveness.

You may not be able to control every force moving through the jungle, just as you cannot command the wind. However, you can strengthen your inner foundation and align yourself with the spiritual power necessary to withstand destructive forces.

Walk with wisdom. Live with discipline. Protect your character. Preserve the purity of your mind and remain aligned with the light.
